DiaMonde We let the high-end travel agency shine even brighter
atisfying nine ladies at the same time is no small feat. I am allowed to say that, because I am a sophisticated lady, myself! Therefore, I am all the more pleased that we succeeded in the web relaunch for DiaMonde. Founder Nataša and her eight employees work in a niche with great need for explanation – they are a link in the luxury travel industry, between hotels, resorts, tour operators and travel agencies.
Of course, there is so much to see and do in such a profession – we just had to listen well and see lots of footage of dream vacation destinations around the globe. A tough job – but someone had to do it! See for yourself the brilliant new web appearance of DiaMonde, of which one of its international partners says: “DM has the best Website in Germany. We absolutely love it.” So do we! And we also created the English language sister page, including all translations, for a slightly different target audience. DiaMonde’s boss, Nataša, has this to say:
I had the great pleasure to implement our new website with Katja and Hans – they accompanied me professionally, creatively, inspirationally and conspiratorially along this path, which did not always go straight; and yet they have mastered every turn cheerfully and kindly and have kicked away every stone, even the biggest ones. The result is something to be proud of: as an agency for distribution services in a highly emotional industry, Katja and Hans have managed to portray our most important and strongest USP, namely, us – in word and image and design – as we are. And that without ever having met one of us in person. They brainstormed our industry and explained and presented our business model better than I thought possible. They have given us a new online identity that can not only be seen, but also dwarfs our competitors mercilessly. Nothing less was the requirement, this is more than fulfilled and I am pleased to continue working with Katja and Hans on the adaptation of our CI on- and offline.
