Mosaic Tourism Excellent rebranding for a tourism gem
Whatever the intention or purpose of graphic design is, the results are only as good as the collaboration with the client. When you work with a client who thinks alike and is open to embrace the unexpected, that’s when the job gets really satisfying (and done ;-)).
Tracy Neureuther is one of those clients, with whom I and Katja have been happy to work with on two different projects now. The latest was the re-branding of Mosaic Tourism Consulting GmbH & Co. KG.
We kept the basic color scheme and started building from there. The logo, especially the distinctive form of the letter ‘M’ the gateway to the brand’s visual world. The hook, the starting point from which the rest of the design concept flowed. It resulted in a clear and classy visual identity, a blueprint for sophisticated layouts to optimize the display of Mosaic’s astounding portfolio. To top it off wecame up with the fitting claim ‘Pieces of Excellence’.
The next step was the relaunch of the Mosaic Tourism website, which definitely had it’s challenges, not in the least because of over 80 destinations in the portfolio to navigate and display clearly. In the end it was a true team effort that got the project over the finish line.
We felt very comfortable working with Bright Idea and are extremely pleased with the result of our new corporate identity! We reconnected through a previous project with another company. After an initial briefing with Katja and Hans, during which they explained our vision for the new design, I immediately felt understood and supported. The brand image was to be clearer, more streamlined, and more elegant. We needed a new logo, new fonts, and new colors, but also something that didn’t stray too far from our existing branding. After a few fine-tuning adjustments, we quickly arrived at the final product, which perfectly matched my expectations!
